This was the story of a white hunter and his adventures in Kenya [still then in colonial days and so pronounced Keen-ya.]. The stories were by George Beardmore, who had previously scripted Jack O'Lantern. The series were remarkable for Bellamy's restricted pallete - all is in yellow and brown, which gives quite a good impression of the savannah in the dry season. Bellamy was fascinated by Africa, and had a great collection of memorabilia, despite never having been there, nor ever making there [but whilst these stories were being drawn and published, I was attending school in Nairobi!]. This series followed from his work on Dan Dare.
